How do percentages work?
To find 15% of 200, calculate 200 × 15 ÷ 100 = 30. For a percentage change from 80 to 100, calculate (100 − 80) ÷ 80 × 100 = 25%.
For a discount, subtract the percentage from the original price. If a tax rate applies, enter the correct rate for your purchase. There is no automatic local-tax assumption.
